Credit are used to generate images from your templates. Generating 1 image it consumes 1 credit.

We keep our subscription plans straightforward to avoid confusing calculations. Each image export equals exactly one credit—there are no complex formulas or credit rollovers. If you exceed your limit or need more capacity, you can easily upgrade your plan.

Previews provide watermarked, low-resolution exports, allowing you to review the structure and content of your renders before using any credits. This is an ideal stage to identify layout overflows, alignment issues, or data exceptions. It is also an excellent way to verify that your spreadsheet data is mapped correctly.

Previews are entirely free and unlimited, so you can test your templates as often as needed.

Renders are downloaded instantly to your computer and are not stored on our platform. This direct-delivery model keeps your costs down and ensures our system can handle high-volume processing without slowdowns.

If you need to access previously exported images, simply visit the Exports tab on your dashboard. From there, you can re-render any previous batch at no extra cost, as re-renders do not consume credits. Please note that re-renders use the original spreadsheet data and require your external image links to remain active and accessible.

If your exported images do not perfectly match the render previewed in your browser, please contact us for a credit refund. Please note that this guarantee excludes layout issues caused by unhandled text alignment or content overflows—we recommend using our free Previews to test your data before a full export.
This refund policy applies specifically to technical discrepancies between the browser preview and the final file.

We are currently focused exclusively on providing a “no-code” experience. We believe that APIs often introduce complex configurations and rate limits that conflict with the simplicity of our editor. By avoiding the complicated credit formulas and technical overhead associated with APIs, we ensure our customers can focus on what matters most: generating high-quality renders quickly and easily.

There is no limit in the number of exports you can generated per minute, hour or day.

The max dimensions for the canvas size is 5000px by 5000px, while the export can be 3 times of that by using the scale function. So the final exported images can be up to 15000px by 15000px.

You can export the images as JPEG, PNG or WEBP. You can also export transparent images, just remove the white background color from the template.

You can do that by clicking the template. and on the side of the export button, click the dropdown icon and there you will find the Export Artboard.
