notification or consent from clients. By utilizing the service, you signify your complete
acceptance of these Terms of Service. Consequently, should you disagree with any aspect of
these terms, your access to the service will be revoked.
To access the Service, it is essential to create a valid account. This requires you to provide an
email address along with the necessary “Registration Data.” You are fully responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and for all activities conducted
under your account. You are obligated to promptly notify MerIMG of any
unauthorized access or security breaches. MerIMG disclaims any liability for
losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
To utilize the Service, you must provide accurate and complete personal information as
requested in the registration form and agree to update this Registration Data promptly to ensure
its accuracy. MerIMG does not have an obligation to verify the information
provided. If you submit false, outdated, incomplete, or misleading information,
or if MerIMG has reasonable grounds to suspect such actions, it reserves the right to suspend or
terminate your account, thereby denying you any current or future access to the Service.
Furthermore, MerIMG may suspend or permanently terminate your account and
access to the service if you attempt to compromise or breach the security of the Service in any
manner.
By registering for the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained
consent from a parent or guardian, as individuals under 18 years old are prohibited from using
the Service. MerIMG retains the authority to deny access to the Service at its

It is not allowed to create more than one free account. If it is discovered that a user has created
several accounts, all related accounts will be deleted immediately. Penalties may be applied.

You consent to refrain from engaging in any harmful activity (upload, email, post, files, or
programs) that has as purpose to damage, harm or destroy Fast Image Generator properties
and services.
MerIMG is specifically designed for commercial applications; however, its use
is prohibited in hazardous environments and for purposes that are deemed inappropriate.
Contains any information or content that the User is not authorized to share under any law
or due to confidentiality, contractual, or fiduciary obligations;
The User commits to refraining from uploading content, designing, or utilizing the Service:
Contravenes any applicable law or promotes illegal activities,
or Threatens or undermines democratic processes or institutions.
Aims to harm or exploit minors; Is harassing, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive,
defamatory, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, threatening,
libelous, or discriminates against or incites discrimination towards others based on race,
religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, national origin,
or any other characteristic; Includes nudity, is sexually explicit or pornographic in nature,
or contains links to such content;
Involves the sale or promotion of illegal activities, products, or services;
MerIMG retains the authority to assess whether content breaches this provision at its sole discretion.
